Brazilian INMETRO certification

INMETRO is Brazil's National Accreditation Body and is responsible for setting Brazilian national standards. Brazilian product standards are mostly based on IEC and ISO standards, and manufacturers who need to export products to Brazil should refer to these two sets of standards when designing products. Products that meet Brazilian standards and other technical requirements must be accompanied by a mandatory INMETRO logo and a recognized third-party certification body to enter the Brazilian market.

In addition to meeting the Brazilian standards established by INMETRO, Brazilian products must also be accompanied by mandatory INMETRO logos and certification agencies, such as the UL-BR logo.
According to the requirements of Inmetro(Brazilian Certification Unit), products that meet Brazil's compulsory certification qualifications must obtain this logo
