ECHA 于2015 年6 月15 日正式发布REACH 法规第13 批高度关注物质（SVHC）清单，
共2 种物质，现SVHC 总清单共有163 种物质。
ECHA released the 13th candidate list of SVHC
On June 15, 2015, European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) released the 13th candidate
list of SVHC (substances of very high concern), adding 2 new substances. The Candidate
List now contains 163 substances
